Our chips salts were first made in partnership with a fish and chip shop where we learnt the importance of salting chips as soon as they come out of the fryer when chips are piping hot. Adding salt and seasoning at this stage helps the seasoning flavour to bond with the very hot fat on the chips while the salt dries them out and helps them crisp. That's the recipe for tasty and crispy chips! This selection made to our own recipes is the perfect gift for someone who loves their chips, fries - and savoury popcorn too.

Salt'n'Vinegar seasoning brings that real chip shop taste to oven and air fryer chips but extra crispy with no sogginess from traditional vinegar. Also contains zesty lemon, garlic and a touch of spicy cayenne pepper for a flavour rush.

Ingredients
Beach BBQ 100g: Fine salt with anticaking agent E535, oregano, cumin, garlic, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, cayenne, natural hickory smoke powder
Salt'n'Pepper 95g: Fine salt with anticaking agent E535, garlic, five spice powder, sugar, cayenne, monosodium glutamate, Szechuan pepper groun
Salt'n'Vinegar 110g: Fine salt with anticaking agent E535, Malt Vinegar Powder (from BARLEY source of gluten), lemon zest, cayenne

Directions = Shake onto very hot chips (or popcorn) straight out of the oven or chip pan placed on an oven tray or inside the air fryer basket or tray. Turn the chips with tongs or wooden tongs (for nonstick surfaces) to coat well, shake again if necessary then remove chips using tongs to shake away excess seasoning and serve
