Marketplace Orders

ArtisanBox Market is made up of individual artisan vendors as well as ArtisanBox's own stocked retail offerings. As such,  items in your basket could come from a variety of locations and come in a a number of shipments.  We aim to communicate with you throughout your shopping experience so that you're of aware of where orders are coming from. We've split the shopping cart out by Vendor and when you're in Checkout you will see the number of shipments and the cost of each individual shipment.

Marketplace Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and broken out for you by each shipment, the service level and it's cost. Each Vendor has the ability to set its own delivery charges.

For ArtisanBox's own stocked offering ("The ArtisanBox Selection") we offer next day shipment with a maximum of a 48hr delivery service from that point. ArtisanBox's standard delivery charge is £4.99 for up to 2kgs. For orders from 2kgs to 5kgs ArtisanBox charges £5.99 and for orders >5kgs we charge £7.49

Despatch times are based. on a 5 day working week and orders are generally not despatched at weekends or on Bank holidays. 

Discovery Club Orders

All Discovery Club subscriptions are fulfilled in the final week of the month, with first payment taken at point of order confirmation and then on the 20th of each month following.  You will receive another notification when your order has despatched. From point of despatch, most orders will be with you within 48 hours. For subscription orders placed after the 18th of the month, subscriptions will usually start the month following (e.g. order placed on 22nd October, first subscription box dispatched end of November). If there are any unforeseen delays outside of our control, or we can despatch to you faster than expected then we will be in contact with you individually.

Discovery Club Delivery Charges

For all Discovery Club deliveries within the UK, the delivery charge is set at £4.99. All subscription deliveries are made with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are individually packed with cooling pads and insulation so that your box arrives in the excellent condition. We would strongly recommend that you do not divert your parcel and collect at a later date due to the perishability of the contents.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has dispatched you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to take effect. Here is a link to our order tracking page

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at info@artisanbox.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

You cannot have your ArtisanBox parcels delivered to PO Boxes via couriers in the UK. Unfortunately, our couriers do not accept PO Boxes as delivery addresses.
