Triphala Powder is considered a polyherbal medicine, meaning it consists of several different medicinal herbs. It’s actually made from a combination of Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki powder which is all native to India.
It contains antioxidants that perform protective functions in the body. It contains vitamin C, flavonoids, polyphenols, tannins, and saponins, along with other important plant compounds.
Triphala’s anti-inflammatory compounds may help protect against certain cancers and other diseases. Studies have shown that it may aid in treating constipation, and dental issues and even promote weight loss.
Instructions for Use:
Triphala Powder is most well-known for its alternative medicinal properties and is said to aid digestive health and bowel movements. It’s generally taken as a tea, mix 1 tsp of powder with hot water, then allow to cool before drinking. Enjoy its myriad of flavours.

Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
