Shatavari is an adaptogenic herb also known as herbal pharmaceuticals, which are used to help regulate the hormones produced by the hypothalamic, pituitary, and adrenal glands. Meaning it can be used to help your body manage stress and improve overall health.

Instructions for Use:
Shatavari powder is most well-known for its alternative medicinal properties. Use 1-3 tsps. per day, mix the powder alongside milk or honey to create a sweet and bitter drink.

Subscriptions
