Jurassic BBQ Chicken Rex BBQ Rub 90g Make this your go-to rub for flavoursome chicken whether BBQ or oven and use for chicken wings, breast or thighs. Deliciously spicy with ginger, lemon, cumin and cayenne with the fresh sweet flavour of Mediterranean basil. Ingredients: Garlic, sugar, salt, basil, ginger, onion, paprika, cumin, lemon zest, cayenne Jurassic BBQ Kebab-a-Raptor BBQ Lamb & Chicken Rub 90g Inspired by Lebanese Shawarma our take on a kebab rub is aromatic with cumin and coriander, hot with cayenne and citrussy with sumach. Best used as a marinade: blend with oil (olive or rapeseed) and orange or lemon juice till you have enough to coat the meat. Rub in well and allow to marinade at least one hour. To use as a dry rub blend with a little olive oil and rub in well by hand. Great with skewers of lamb or chicken or with chunks of veg.
