Cock & Bull is a rub for steak and chicken from our "Rub Me Tender" range of big-flavoured classic rubs. Flavour is achieved solely by natural means from herbs and spices without MSG or E621. You won't find flours or sneaky sweeteners like barley maltodextrin either. We source 90% of our ingredients from one UK family firm, experts in milling and blending for over 40 years. Cock & Bull is made for both steak and chicken whether on the BBQ or in the airfryer. You can use Cock & Bull as a dry rub or blend it with olive or other veg oil and fruit juice to create a marinade or a brushing sauce. Flavour notes of this rub include smokey heat from smoked paprika and chipotle, resinous herbal flavour from thyme, bay and oregano, the sweetness of dried tomato (grown in the UK), the sharpness of cayenne and the robust warmth of black pepper. Directions - Use at 5% by weight or to taste. Allow to set for 20 mins before cooking or overnight. 2GoodGuys "Rub Me Tender" Cock&Bull delivers satisfaction on bbq steak, chicken on the grill or in the airfryer. Everyone will enjoy satisfying mouth-watering flavour on their grill or bbq steak and chicken with this rub made from only natural ingredients and a flavour profile built up from a base of smokey paprika and ground pecan-smoked chipotle (smoked jalapeno chilli), aromatic woody herbs thyme and oregano, deep warm bay, sweetened with dried UK-grown tomatoes and spiced with black pepper and fiery cayenne. 90% of our ingredients are sourced from the same family-run business, experts in milling and blending spices for over 40 years. Use as a dry-rub or marinade. Ideally apply the dry rub at least an hour before cooking and let the steak or chicken (spatchcock, tenders, thighs, wings) rest for one hour. To create a marinade blend with olive or veg oil and fruit juice then rub or brush over the meat. For chicken we like to use lemon or orange juice, for steak our choices are pineapple juice or sour cherry juice. 100% natural ingredients no additives, thickeners or fillers.
