Listen up folks, first thing you gotta know is this seasoning should be called Everything But NOT The Bagel. For why? Born out of traditional bagel topping this you don't shakel over your bagel. No way never. EBTB is a majorly savoury and crunchy blend of toasted seeds, garlic, onion, salt and poppy seeds that adds a whole new dimension to a load of other everyday kind of food you eat, like, often.
OK so where do we use Bagelicious Guac'n'More? And why? Why because you love a touch of crunch on your food and even more because you love spicy Mexican flavours. Where? Guacamole!! And? Avocado, coleslaw, nachos, tomato salsa, cheesy tacos, creamy dips like queso dip, creamy cheese like queso fresco, baked cheese like queso fundido, gazpacho, Mexican corn and black bean salad, pico di gallo salad, popcorn even your Bloody Mary. Oh yes.
What makes it Mexican? Inspired by our passion for guacamole we've taken our original Bagelicious New York Deli recipe and added a Mexican seasoning combo of oregano, cumin, paprika, chilli flakes, red pepper flakes, tomato and ground dried Ancho chillies.
And did we say our sesame seeds are toasted? Yes they are for extra toasty flavour in our mix!
Directions - Sprinkle onto everyday foods for a boost of taste and texture. Examples include coleslaw, cheesy jackets, cheeseburger, maccheese, soup, nachos, guacamole, hummus and many more. If you enjoy baking bread at home add it to the seeds/extras dispenser.
