Beer Jelly

A sweet jelly made with beer. An unusual pairing for cheese, but also try a spoonful stirred in a gravy, or use as a glaze for meat.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, Malt Extract (contains Barley), Beer (4%) (contains Wheat), Gelling agent: fruit pectin, Acidity regulator: Citric acid
