Each Super Simple Collection box contains 3 different flavours.

This Gluten Free and Vegan SOUP Collection includes:

1. Quinoa, Tomato and Red Pepper Soup Mix (GF/V)
2. Pea Soup Mix (GF/V)
3. Coconut Curried Lentil Soup Mix (GF/V)

The Super Simple Gluten-free and Vegan Soup Collection Box contains the following 3 products

Quinoa, Tomato and Red Pepper Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Quinoa (63%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)) Tomato Powder (10%), Dried Onion, Dried Red Peppers (6%), Dried Garlic & Herbs.
Method:
Add mix to a pan with 1500ml of cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins. Add more water to original level if required. Season to taste.

Pea Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Green Split Peas (91%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Dried Parsley.
Method:
Place the packet contents in a pan with 1500ml of cold water. Bring it to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring regularly.
Blend when the peas are soft until the soup is smooth. Season to taste.
This soup can be made in a soup maker - on the smooth setting. You may need to give it a few extra spin blasts for a super smooth finish.

Coconut Curried Lentil Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Red Lentils (31%), Dried Brown Lentils (31%),  Dried Green Lentils (22%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Curry Powder (6%) (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper, fennel),Dried Carrot, Dried Onion, Paprika, Cumin, Turmeric.
Method:
Empty the packet into a pan, add 1500ml of cold water and a 400ml can of coconut milk. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer/stir until lentils have softened (around 45 minutes). Top up water to original level if required. Season to taste.
Please note: This can be made without the coconut milk, you will however need to add an extra 400ml of water  (NB. nutritional values will alter without coconut milk)
