General Terms
Membership Scope: Benefits are linked to a single customer account and are non-transferable.
Fair Use Policy:ArtisanBox.io reserves the right to review accounts that exceed 15 orders per month. Memberships are for personal use only; commercial/resale use is prohibited.
The "Consolidation" Clause: To keep our footprint small and support our makers, we encourage members to group their needs into single orders rather than multiple small daily orders.
Auto-Renewal: Memberships are billed annually. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your card is charged for the following year.
Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once a "Member-Only" shipping rate has been applied to an order.
Shipping and Delivery
Artisan Patron (£19.99): Provides a fixed shipping rate of £2.50 per order. Standard delivery times apply.
The Connoisseur (£39.99): Provides Free Standard Shipping on orders where the subtotal (after discounts, before tax) is £25.00 or greater. Orders under £25.00 will be charged at our Patron pass flat rates.
Vendor Direct: Shipping is fulfilled directly by our independent producers. Membership covers the cost of shipping but does not guarantee a specific delivery date, as artisan lead times vary.

What is the ArtisanBOx Patron Pass?
It’s our way of letting you support independent producers more often. For one low annual fee, you unlock flat-rate £1.99 shipping on every single vendor shipment no matter how what or how much you buy.
What is the VIP Connoisseur membership?
Get Free Delivery on any order over £25 and Patron Pass benefits on small orders below the £25 threshold. On top of this you receive early access to new product and seasonal drops.
which is 'plan' is best for me?
Choose the Patron Pass if: You typically place smaller orders (under £25) or shop with us 3-4 times a year. You’ll save on shipping starting from your very first order.
Choose the Connoisseur Circle if: you love to "mix and match" from different producers. If you spend over £25 and shop once a month, you save over £90 a year in shipping costs.
Is there a minimum spend for subsidised delivery?
Nope! Whether you’re buying one jar of honey or a full pantry restock, your shipping is always £1.99 per vendor shipment.
Can I get free delivery?
All Connoisseur VIP members receive free delivery over £25!
Does this include multi-vendor orders?
Yes! For Connoisseur VIPs, there is free shipping on all orders over £35. On top of this all shipments below £25 are subsidised at £1.99 per vendor shipment on both the Connoisseur VIP membership and the Patron Delivery Pass.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time to prevent the next year's renewal, but the current year's fee is non-refundable once you've used your shipping benefits.
How Do I use my membership or pass?
Your VIP membership or Patron pass is associated with your account. As long as you are logged in when ordering, your discounted shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Simple.
