The Super Simple Gluten-free & Vegan Risotto Collection Box contains the following 3 products

Italian Pine Nut Risotto Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Arborio Rice (73%), Tomato Powder(9%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid), Dried Mushrooms (4%), Pine Nuts (4%), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Dried Rosemary.
Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachet, to a pan with 1300ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and then simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice. Stir regularly. Season to taste.

Tomato and Red Pepper Risotto Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Arborio Rice (78%), Tomato Powder (9%), Dried Red Peppers (6%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid), Dried Onion, Flavouring, Dried Parsley, Dried Garlic, Pepper.

Method:

Paella Rice Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Arborio Rice (78%), Chicken Flavour Vegan Stock Mix (8%), (vegetable stock (water, onion, carrot juice, tomato, herb extract), glucose syrup, flavourings, yeast extracts, salt, maltodextrin, sugar, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil.) Tomato Powder, Dried Onion, Smoked Paprika (3%), Dried Leek, Turmeric, Dried Garlic, Dried Parsley, Dried Thyme.

Method:

Season to taste.
