Spiced Carrot and Lentil Soup Mix (GF/V)
A gluten-free, vegan, dried soup mix with lentils and carrots and a spicy chilli heat.

Ingredients:
Dried Red Lentils (78%), Dried Carrots (10%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid), Tomato Powder, Mild Curry Powder (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper, fennel), Dried Onion, Garlic Granules and Chilli Powder

Allergens - In bold capitals

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.

4 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents to a pan with 1500ml of cold water, bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for approx.. 40-45 minutes until the lentils are soft, stirring occasionally.
Blend the soup and serve with an optional swirl of cream.
Season to taste.

2 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents to a pan with 750ml of cold water, bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for approx. 40-45 minutes until the lentils are soft, stirring occasionally.
Blend the soup and serve with an optional swirl of cream.

12 Serving Catering Pack Method:
Add the packet contents to a large pan with 4500ml of cold water, bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for approx.. 40-45 minutes until the lentils are soft, stirring occasionally.
Blend the soup and serve with an optional swirl of cream.
Season to taste.
