The Savoury Mini’s Risotto Collection contains the following 3 packs, each making 2 portions: –

• Spicy Chicken Satay Risotto Mix
• Tomato and Red Pepper Risotto Mix

Ideal for taking on holiday as a self-catering meal, for uni students, empty nesters, new parents needing a quick meal, taking camping/caravan/motorhoming. Each of these need just water and a heat source to make them.

Paella Rice Mix (GF/V) 
Ingredients - Dried Arborio Rice, Chicken Flavour Vegan Stock Mix, (Vegetable stock (Water, onion, carrot juice, tomato, herb extract), glucose syrup, flavourings, yeast extracts, salt, maltodextrin, sugar, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil.) Tomato Powder, Dried Onion, Smoked Paprika (3%), Dried Leek, Turmeric, Dried Garlic, Dried Parsley, Dried Thyme.
Allergens: In bold
Min weight of the dry ingredients in pack 160g
Suitable for gluten free/vegan/vegetarian

How to Make - Add the packet contents to a pan with 650ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and then simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice. Stir regularly.
Optional – add cooked seafood, chicken or chorizo.
Season to taste

Spicy Chicken Satay Risotto Mix (GF) Please be aware that this is quite spicy!
Ingredients: Dried Arborio Rice, Chicken Stock (9%) (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Satay flavour Mix (5%) (Demerara Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Yeast Extract, Salt, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Chilli Flakes, Chilli Powder, Flavouring, Turmeric, Ginger), Tomato Powder,  Dried Onion, Dried Carrots, Dried Red Peppers, Chilli Powder, Curry Powder, Ginger Powder, Turmeric, Cumin, Dried Garlic, Brown  Sugar, Black Pepper.

Ingredients: Dried Arborio Rice, Tomato Powder (11%), Dried Red Peppers (4%), Vegetable Bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Dried Onion, Flavouring, Dried Parsley, Dried Garlic, Pepper.
