Super Simple meal kit. Just add water for our gluten-free, fragrant, Thai-style dry soup mix with creamy coconut milk, rice and red peppers.
The stock at the bottom of the tube has melted in these (due to the warm weather), however once in the bottom of the pan they’ll dissolve and taste as good as they would normally.

A gluten-free, fragrant, Thai-style dry soup mix with creamy coconut milk, rice and red peppers.
Ingredients: Dried Rice (37%), Coconut milk powder (37%) (coconut extract, hydrolysed starch, emulsifier (sodium caseinate) (contains milk), acidity regulator (tri-calcium phosphate)), Red peppers (4%), Dried Onion, Fish Stock ((water, fish, onion, celeriac, leek, carrot extract, spice, herb), salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, rapeseed oil.), Chicken Stock (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Garlic, Ginger, Brown sugar, Chilli powder, Paprika, Cumin, Flavouring

Min weight of the dry ingredients in each pack 270g
Method: Empty packet into a pan, add 1500ml cold water. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes until the rice is cooked and the veg is soft. Leave to cool for a short while and the soup will thicken. Season to taste. Serve.
