Pea & Smoky Bacon Flavour Soup Mix (GF/V)
A gluten-free and vegan soup mix with dried peas and a smoky bacon flavouring. 

Ingredients: Dried Green Split Peas (91%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Natural Flavouring (3%), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Dried Parsley.

Allergens - In bold capitals

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.

4 Serving Method:
Place the packet contents, including the sachet of flavouring, in a pan with 1500ml of cold water.
Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring regularly.
Add extra water if required.
Blend when peas are soft until the soup is smooth. Season to taste.
You can use a Soup Maker for this too - on the smooth setting

2 Serving Method:

Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring regularly.
Add extra water if required.
Blend when peas are soft until the soup is smooth. Season to taste.

Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring regularly.
