Minestrone Soup Mix (GF/V)
A gluten-free and vegan, tomato flavoured soup mix with dried pasta & a mix of dried vegetables including potato, onion, cabbage & leek.

Ingredients:
Dried Gluten-Free Pasta (38%) (Corn flour, Rice Flour, Water, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Dried Mixed Vegetables (38%) (dehydrated potato (preservative -sodium metabiSULPHITE), dried onion,  dried carrot,  dried green and white cabbage,  dried leek,  dried green peas), Tomato Powder (10%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Flavouring, Dried Onion,  Dried Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Pepper.

4 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents to 1500ml of cold water in a pan.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring frequently.
Add water to the original level, if required. Season to taste.
Min Weight: 200g

2 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents to 750ml of cold water in a pan.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring frequently.
Add water to the original level, if required. Season to taste.
Min Weight: 100g

12 Serving Catering Pack Method:
Add the packet contents to 4500ml of cold water in a pan.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring frequently.
Add water to the original level, if required. Season to taste.
Min Weight: 475g
