Made with organic red chillies and sweet red peppers, fermented for 6 months with Loving Foods Hot 'N' Smoky Kimchi juice, with a little raw, unfiltered, Apple Cider Vinegar added for flavour. The result is a spicy, slightly sweet, delicious fermented hot sauce.
