ArtisanBox policy- Each maker packs and ships direct, so a mixed basket can arrive in separate parcels.
- Delivery cost per maker is shown in your basket and at checkout.
- Dispatched Monday to Friday; not at weekends or on bank holidays.
- Free delivery on baskets over £100 with code FREEDEL.
Returns
ArtisanBox policy- Perishable food can't be returned for a change of mind.
- Faulty or damaged? Email customer@artisanbox.io within 48 hours with photos.
- Unopened non-perishable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal. Memberships are non-refundable once delivery benefits have been activated. If you pay monthly, there are no restrictions on cancellation past your current month.
How do I get Free Delivery?
All Club Delivery Pass members get Free Delivery on orders over £25. Once your pass is purchased, just make sure you're logged into your account at checkout and Free Delivery will be applied when you spend over £25.
How do I use my Club Delivery Pass?
Your Club Delivery Pass is associated with your account. As long as you are logged in when ordering, your discounted shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Simple.
Is there a minimum spend for subsidised delivery?
Nope! Whether you're buying one jar of honey or a full pantry restock, your shipping is always £1.99 per vendor shipment.
Does this include multi-vendor orders?
Yes! For Club Delivery Pass members, there is free shipping on all orders over £25. On top of this, all shipments below £25 are subsidised at £1.99 per vendor shipment.

3. Direct-to-Door Delivery: Because our artisans prioritise freshness, your items are shipped straight to you. If you order from multiple makers, your treats may arrive in separate packages, ensuring each one travels the shortest distance possible to stay at its best.
Individual shipping rates apply per artisan to ensure they can use their preferred specialist couriers.
