Medium-spiced and lightly sour with a mega umami punch, I’m a Korean-inspired kimchi that’s perfect with macaroni cheese, fried rice, sushi and noodles!
Ingredients: Chinese leaf cabbage, carrot, radish, spring onion, sea salt, gochugaru chilli, garlic, miso (water, soybean, rice, salt, alcohol), ginger, sugar. Allergens in bold.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS = ALWAYS KEEP REFRIGERATED! Once opened, push down on contents with a clean spoon or fork to allow brine to cover the vegetables. It's good practice to do this each time after you help yourself to a serving to keep the product good and fresh!
