Christmas Turkey Broth Soup Mix
A turkey-based dried soup mix with potato, carrots and red peppers.

Ingredients:
Dried Potato (44%), BARLEY (contains GLUTEN), Turkey Stock Powder (16%) (turkey stock (water, turkey), flavourings, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, rapeseed oil, chicken fat, herb extracts), Dried Carrots (10%), Dried Red Peppers (2%), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Dried Leek Flakes, Bay Leaf

Allergens - In bold capitals

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.

4 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachet, to 1500ml of cold water in a pan.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins until the barley is soft, stirring frequently.
Add water to original level if required.
Season to taste. Remove bay leaf before serving.
Min Weight: 170g

2 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachet, to 750ml of cold water in a pan.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins until the barley is soft, stirring frequently.
Add water to original level if required.
Season to taste. Remove bay leaf before serving.
Min Weight: 80g

12 Serving Catering Pack Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachets, to 4500ml of cold water in a large pan.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins until the barley is soft, stirring frequently.
Add water to original level if required.
Season to taste. Remove bay leaf before serving.
