UK CHILLI SAUCE AWARDS 2025: CHEF'S CHOICE AWARD HOT CATEGORY
Our hottest sauce. The feedback has been incredible - pretty much everyone who tries it, buys it... And on top of that, in its first entry into an awards, it won Chef's Choice Award in the UK Chilli Sauce Awards 2025.
It's got a gorgeous balance of a fruity base with loads of interesting herbs, spices and citrus notes, and we think you'll love it. It's vegan, and goes great with roasted veg, pasta, as well as pizzas, eggs, and pretty much all meats. It's a perfect partner for chorizo too.
It's got lots of Ghost chillis in there to crank up the heat levels, but as you'd expect from us, it's full of flavour as well.
What's a 'Bawheid'? In keeping with our Scottish slang names, a bawheid is basically an airhead. A 'baw' is a ball, and your 'heid' is your head, so if you call someone a bawheid, you're literally saying their head's like a ball - full of air.

Delivery & Shipping
Because we're a marketplace with many different venfors, the items in your basket may come from multiple warehouse locations, in more than one shipment.
We attempt to make this clear to you throughout the process via the following
On each product page we show the vendor details, the estimated shipping and delivery dates and the shopping cost for a given product.
We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. ArtisanBox at a store level offers free delivery on any basket of products valued at over £75 (excl. shipping charges) using code FREEDEL at checkout.
Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
