VENDORS | Manual Order Tracking

We've recently introduced new functionality in our order processing which allows you to add your own tracking info (Carrier, Tracking #, Carrier Tracking URL) and order status will automatically update as the consignment transits from Collection through to Delivery (and thus order complete). The Guide below will take you through the simple steps to apply tracking to your ArtisanBox orders.

  • >> 1. CLICK ON THE 'SELECT SHIPPER' DROPDOWN

    Within your order listing , click on the SELECT SHIPPER dropdown for the specific order that you want to amend with tracking details.

  • >> 2. SELECT "ADD TRACKING MANUALLY"

  • >> 3. COMPLETE THE 'OTHER COURIER PARTNER' POPUP

    For Auto Tracking to be enabled Shipping Carrier, Tracking # and Tracking URL need to be completed. Estimated Cost is a nice to have for payout information but not essential.

    • For Shipping Carrier selection - if the Carrier isn't available in the dropdown and you can simply overwrite yourself.
    • For Tracking # simply transpose / copy and paste from source.
    • For tracking URL copy the URL from source into the field.
    • If you have estimated shipping cost handy, fill in find box.

    Lastly, select SAVE AND GENERATE LABEL.

  • >> 4. ACTIVATE 'AUTO TRACKING' (VERY IMPORTANT STEP)

    Once detail has been saved you will see the carrier name appearing in order listing with the tracking number below it (see example above).

    Click on the Carrier Name and it will reopen your Tracking Detail for the consignment. In the top right of the boz move the SWITCH TO AUTO button is turned on.

    If successful a green box will pop up in the top right of the page informing you that changes have been successfully saved.

    Once you've shipped the consignment you should have the order set to automatically move from CONFIRM to DISPATCHED to COMPLETE automatically without any further involvement at your end!!

  • >> 5. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING URL...

    Not to worry. We can still capture dispatch of the shipment (which triggers an email to the end customer) but you will need to manually move order to completed once delivery has been completed.
