- 3 Day Service: £3.99
- 2 Day Service: £4.50

Returns
Glassware UK terms- Return window: 30 days from receipt to request a return. You pay return shipping (labels are bought via the Glassware UK returns portal).
- Condition: Unused, with tags, in original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Returns sent without first requesting one are refused.
- Damaged or wrong items: Inspect on arrival and contact them straight away so they can put it right.
- Non-returnable: Perishables, custom or personalised items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards.
- Exchanges: None directly. Return the item, then place a new order.
- Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take extra time to post it.

3. Direct-to-Door Delivery: Because our artisans prioritise freshness, your items are shipped straight to you. If you order from multiple makers, your treats may arrive in separate packages, ensuring each one travels the shortest distance possible to stay at its best.
Individual shipping rates apply per artisan to ensure they can use their preferred specialist couriers.
