The Stew collection contains the following 3 products
Deep South Beef Stew Mix
Ingredients:
Dried Rice (21%), Dried Yellow and Green Split Peas (28%), Dried Brown Lentils (14%), Dried Barley (14%) (contains GLUTEN), Dried Macaroni (14%) (contains GLUTEN) (durum WHEAT semolina), Beef Stock Powder (4%) (sugar, salt, yeast extract, natural flavouring, maltodextrin, dried beef), sunflower oil), Vegetable Bouillon ( Salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Tomato Powder, Flavouring (Contains CELERY), Pepper.
Method:
Brown 125g minced beef, drain excess fat and add packet mix, including the stock sachet, to a pan with 750ml of cold water and a 200ml can of chopped tomatoes. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and then simmer for 1hr 15 mins stirring regularly. Add water as required during cooking. Can be made in a slow cooker too.

Beef in Ale Stew Mix
Ingredients:
Dried Diced Potato (44%), Dried Carrot (22%), BARLEY (28%) (contains GLUTEN), Dried Leeks (3%), Dried Beef Stock Powder (13%) (sugar, salt, yeast extract, natural flavouring, maltodextrin, dried beef, sunflower oil), Dried Onion, Flavouring, Thyme, Garlic
Method:
Empty the packet mix, including the stock sachet, to a pan. Add 750ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, turn down to a simmer and cook for at least 45 minutes until the barley is soft. The longer you leave it cooking, the thicker the stew ends up. Serve on its own with some crusty bread,
Option – fry some beef strips and add to the pan to finish cooking. Or slow cook with other cuts of meat.

Moroccan Spiced Lamb Stew Mix (GF)
Ingredients:
Yellow split peas (39%), Quinoa (32%), Lamb Stock (7%) (water, lamb, garlic, onion, tomato, herb extract), glucose syrup, salt, yeast extracts, flavourings, sugar, rapeseed oil), Ras-El-Hanout (8%) (paprika, sugar, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt, cassia cinnamon, crushed chilies, fennel seeds, cardamom, pimento, onion powder, black pepper, pink peppercorns, black onion seeds, mace, ginger, nutmeg, star anise, turmeric, cloves, galangal), Chopped Apricots (8%) (apricots (94.8%), rice flour, preservative: SULPHUR dioxide), Onion, Tomato Powder, Sultanas, Garlic, Parsley.
Method:
Brown 150g of diced lamb. Empty the packet mix, including the stock sachet, into a pan, add 750ml of cold water, bring to the boil and then turn down to a simmer. Cook for 45 minutes or until the peas have softened. Stir occasionally. Season to taste. Can be made in a slow cooker too.
