Our sweet and chunky caramelised onion and Carolina Reaper chilli chutney offers a bold fusion of rich, slow-cooked onions and intense heat. This chutney is crafted from a blend of red and white onions, apples, and sultanas, which are gently simmered in dark brown sugar and lemon juice. The result is a delicious balance of deep, caramelised sweetness paired with the fiery kick of Carolina Reaper chilli.
It’s perfect as a companion for sharp cheddar on a cheeseboard, layered in sandwiches, or served with a classic Ploughman’s lunch. Additionally, it works wonderfully as a secret ingredient in curries and sauces. 
More than just a product, this chutney represents our family legacy. It was developed by our CEO, Nathanael Boarer, whose great-grandfather, Charles Joseph Tween, worked for Branston Pickle in Bermondsey, London, during and after World War II. Delivery + Shipping
Because we're a marketplace with many different vendors, the items in your basket may come from multiple warehouse locations, in more than one shipment.
We attempt to make this clear to you throughout the process via the following:
On each product page we show the vendor details, the estimated shipping and delivery dates and the shopping cost for a given product.
We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. ArtisanBox at a store level offers free delivery on any basket of products valued at over £100 (excl. shipping charges) using code FREEDEL at checkout.
Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
