What Is Raw Pistachio's Kernels?

Pistachios are also one of the oldest nuts used by humans, and historically have always been highly prized and sought after. 

Why Should I Get Raw Pistachio's Kernels?

The nuts' richness in copper, magnesium, and B vitamins, work to strengthen the immune system, whilst their high protein supports and maintains growth. Pistachios are also rich in phytosterols too; These are plant sterols which reduce the absorption of dietary cholesterol from different foods, which in turn helps to bring down the levels of LDL 'bad' cholesterol in the body.

Pistachios also happen to taste totally awesome! Subtly sweet, crunchy and typically nutty. It is almost as if their small size concentrated their flavour to create something truly enjoyable yet nonetheless healthy to eat. They can be eaten on its own or added to salads and desserts.
