Polenta is a ground form of dried maize. It is common staple food in many countries. It is ground to medium and coarse consistencies, but not as fine as wheat flour.

Polenta is naturally low in fat and calories, sodium-free, and a good source of fibre and protein. It is also a great way to incorporate other vital nutrients, such as iron, magnesium, vitamin A, and B Vitamins, into your diet.
Instructions for use:
The cooking ratio is 1 part polenta to 4 parts water and a pinch of salt. Cook until soft; whisk occasionally. Polenta can be cooked to be creamy and dense or allowed to set and then sliced. Serve it with just butter and cheese or topped with sauce or a stew.
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.

Because we're a marketplace with many different vendors, the items in your basket may come from multiple warehouse locations, in more than one shipment.
We attempt to make this clear to you throughout the process via the following:
On each product page we show the vendor details, the estimated shipping and delivery dates and the shopping cost for a given product.
We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. ArtisanBox at a store level offers free delivery on any basket of products valued at over £100 (excl. shipping charges) using code FREEDEL at checkout.
Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
