A deeply flavoursome sauce that will bring an umami punch to your home cooking. It's layered with flavour from shallots, lemongrass, spices, and dark-roasted crunchy peanuts for intense nutty flavour.

Traditionally, this sauce is enjoyed alongside Malaysian satay (barbecued meat skewers), but you can bring Malaysian flavour to your salad and stir-fry dressings too, or use it as a sauce for your noodles and rice bowls.
