Spelt is an ancient grain and species of wheat, Triticum spelta, that is thought to have been cultivated for many, many years.
Spelt flour is a type of whole wheat flour made from the entire grain. There are two kinds of spelt flour, white and whole meal. It contains several essential nutrients, such as iron, zinc, and magnesium.
Creamy in colour and mildly nutty in flavour, this soft ancient grain flour can be used much like all-purpose white flour. White spelt flour works well in a wide variety of baked goods, whether it be sweet or savoury.
Instructions For Use:
White spelt flour lends a nutty flavour and light sweetness to baked goods. You can use it in a variety of sweet and savoury recipes including breads, cakes, scones, muffins, cookies, and waffles.
Storage Use:
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.

On each product page we show the vendor details, the estimated shipping and delivery dates and the shopping cost for a given product.
We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. ArtisanBox at a store level offers free delivery on any basket of products valued at over £75 (excl. shipping charges) using code FREEDEL at checkout.
Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
