What Are Organic Paleskin Peanuts?

Peanuts, the gold standard that pretty much all nuts are measured against, and if they're not, they should be...Ok so I made that first bit up but peanuts are probably the most recognisable nut there is; they are certainly the most commercially popular nut and they are of significant global importance too. Its not really hard to see why when you find out that world production currently sits at 46,000,000 Tonnes a year!!!

Peanuts are considered a grain legume and an oil crop which is certainly testimony to its versatility, few products have the variety of Permutations and Preparations that Peanuts do, I mean how many other Wholefoods are not only unsurprising but actually expected to be sat on the bar at your local pub?

Why Should I Get Organic Paleskin Peanuts?

Peanuts definitely pack a nutritious punch for their size, stuffed full of Protein as well as copper, manganese, B Vitamins, molybdenum, phosphorus and Vitamin E. They fare exceptionally well when you consider how good they taste, unfortunately despite the high production volume and the equally high benefits of eating peanuts, many products wind up being less than healthy, in favour of flavour. Try to avoid salted peanuts where possible and take it easy on the peanut butter to really get the most out of them.

It is however unfair to blame these products on the Peanut as after all peanuts in any preparation are bound to do you some good, nutrition is nutrition.

Peanuts also provide a means to really explore Thai cooking as peanuts are a frequent flyer along side Sesame Seed, equally so they fit snugly in lunchboxes as they are or better yet in a mix for long lasting, well balanced and enjoyable energy.

Instructions For Use:

Snack on straight out of the bag. Add to other nuts, seeds, and dried fruits for a high fibre, source of protein trail mix. Blend in a high-speed blender to make your own organic nut butter. Add to baking recipes such as nutty brownies and cookies. Use to make satay sauce and enjoy with grilled tofu kebabs.
