Malthouse bread flour, sometimes also referred to as granary, is an expert blend of organic wheat, rye, and barley malt flours mixed with toasted malted wheat flakes.
Whole crisp golden malted wheat flakes provide wonderful texture, and malted barley contributes a soft, rich, malty flavour. Making it a perfect flour for creating delicious loaves and rolls, along with other baked items.
Instructions For Use: 
Malthouse bread flour has a depth of flavour that adds richness, texture, and colour to a range of baked goods, not just bread. Suitable for both yeasted and sourdough breads.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
