The seeds are a rich source of essential vitamins and minerals including, calcium, iron, potassium, and magnesium. they also contain phytochemicals that have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
Instructions for Use:
Cardamom powder is widely used in Indian sweet and savoury dishes. It adds flavour and aroma to a wide range of food such as rice, lentils, vegetables, as well as baked goods. It can also be used as a traditional flavouring in tea and coffee.

We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. ArtisanBox at a store level offers free delivery on any basket of products valued at over £75 (excl. shipping charges) using code FREEDEL at checkout.
Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
