What is Organic Carob Powder?
Carob is a dairy-free, nutritious substitute for chocolate.
Carob originates from the pod of a tree that grows along the Mediterranean sea. The pod contains an edible sweet pulp. Once it is roasted and dried, the pulp is grounded into a powder known as carob powder. Traditionally, it was used to soothe an upset stomach.
