Brazil nuts come from one of the largest and longest-lived trees in the Amazon rainforest. The fruit and its nutshell– containing the edible Brazil nut– are relatively large and packed with micronutrients, especially selenium.
Why Should I Get Organic Brazil Nuts?
It's not all just taste and texture though, besides being one of the richest dietary sources for selenium, a vital mineral for human health, it contains significant amount of magnesium, phosphorus and thiamine. They are very rich in protein and dietary fibre too, 28 g of Brazil nuts approximately contain 190 calories, out of which 170 calories can be attributed to its fat content. Out of the total fat, 5 g is saturated fat, 7 g is mono-unsaturated fat, and the rest 7 g is polyunsaturated fat. The protein content is about 4 g, while fibre and sugar contents are 2 g and 1 g respectively.
Brazil Nuts taste great and are good fun to eat. They taste similar to macadamia nuts, but with a less chalky, nuttier flavour.

Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
