Amla powder comes from the ground-up Indian gooseberry.
It’s been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to treat a wide range of conditions. The alkaline nature and high fibre content of amla powder may help in clearing and strengthening the digestive system. It has also been suggested to improve immunity, reduce inflammation, relive pain, and even aid in weight loss. Amla powder makes a fab multipurpose addition to your herb cupboard.
Along with being used internally, it is also said to be great for skin, hair, and scalp health due to its fatty acid content. It can be easily added to your diet, either as a supplement, part of a recipe or mixed into a drink.
Instructions for Use:
Rich in vitamins & minerals, Amla powder is most easily taken in drink form. Mix 1-3 tsps. with water to create a rich antioxidant drink, with a tart & fruity taste. It can also be easily added to cereals, yogurts, porridge & smoothies.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
