Why Should I Get Organic Alfalfa Seeds ?
Alfalfa seeds are used mostly for sprouting. They have a fresh and crunchy flavour, a bit like that of lettuce and can be used in a similar manner to cress. They make an ideal accompaniment to snacks alongside hummus (hummus) or avocado.
Being a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin K and calcium, these tiny seeds are a great way of boosting your daily vitamins and minerals.
Instructions For Use: 
Sprinkle organic alfalfa seeds on top of salads and stir fries. TO SPROUT: 1. Soak for 8 hours or overnight 2. Drain, rinse, and add fresh water 3. Drain and rinse twice per day until sprouting has completed 4. Store in fridge for up to 1 week
Storage Instructions: 
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.

We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. Subscriptions
