A gluten-free Moroccan spiced lamb stew mix with dried yellow peas, quinoa and apricots
Ingredients:
Yellow split peas (39%), Quinoa (32%), Lamb Stock (7%) (water, lamb, garlic, onion, tomato, herb extract), glucose syrup, salt, yeast extracts, flavourings, sugar, rapeseed oil), Ras-El-Hanout (8%) (paprika, sugar, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt, cassia cinnamon, crushed chilies, fennel seeds, cardamom, pimento, onion powder, black pepper, pink peppercorns, black onion seeds, mace, ginger, nutmeg, star anise, turmeric, cloves, galangal), Chopped Apricots (8%) (apricots (94.8%), rice flour, preservative: SULPHUR dioxide), Onion, Tomato Powder, Sultanas, Garlic, Parsley.

4 Serving Method:
Brown 300g of diced lamb.
Empty the packet mix, including the stock sachet, into a pan, add 1500ml of cold water, bring to the boil and then turn down to a simmer.
Cook for 45 minutes or until the peas have softened.
Stir occasionally. Season to taste.
Can be made in a Slow Cooker, don't reduce the water, you may need to add more.
