Standard delivery (3–5 working days): free on orders of £40 or more, otherwise £4.
Express delivery (2 working days): £5 when you order by 1pm.
Next working day delivery: £10 when you order by 10am.
All UK orders are sent by tracked delivery.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday; orders placed after 1pm on Friday or at the weekend are processed the next working day.
Everything is carefully packaged, with extra care taken over fragile items.
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, then have a further 14 days to send it back.
Returns must be authorised first: contact ArtisanBox customer service at customers@artisanbox.io with your order number.
Goodwill returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Please return fragile items securely in their original packaging; returns damaged by poor packaging may be refused.
A £3 return fee may be deducted, except for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Contact ArtisanBox customer service as soon as possible with your order number, a description and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Bespoke or personalised, used and clearance items, or items not in original packaging, can't be returned unless faulty.
No direct exchanges: return the item and place a new order.
Orders placed 1–31 December can be returned until 31 January.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return and go to your original payment method (card refunds can take up to 14 days to appear).

Because we're a marketplace with many different vendors, the items in your basket may come from multiple warehouse locations, in more than one shipment.
We attempt to make this clear to you throughout the process via the following:
On each product page we show the vendor details, the estimated shipping and delivery dates and the shopping cost for a given product.
We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. ArtisanBox at a store level offers free delivery on any basket of products valued at over £100 (excl. shipping charges) using code FREEDEL at checkout.
Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
