Jambalaya Rice Mix - A gluten-free, tomato-based, dried rice mix, with beef stock and smoky paprika.

Ingredients:
Dried Rice (78%), Dried Parsley, Dried Tomato Powder (6%), Dried Onion, Beef Stock powder (8%) (sugar, salt, yeast extract, natural flavouring, maltodextrin, dried beef, sunflower oil), Smoked Paprika (3%), Garlic Granules, Dried Thyme, Black Pepper

Allergens - In bold capitals

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.

4 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachet, to a pan with 1500ml of cold water.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice.
Stir regularly.
Season to taste.
Optional extra – add cooked chicken or seafood 5 mins before serving.

2 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachet, to a pan with 750ml of cold water.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice.
Stir regularly.
Season to taste.
Optional extra – add cooked chicken or seafood 5 mins before serving.

12 Serving Catering Pack Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachets, to a large pan with 4500ml of cold water.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice.
Stir regularly.
Season to taste.
