Each Gluten Free and Vegan Soup Collection contains 3 different risotto flavours, each making 2 servings.

3. Quinoa, Tomato and Red Pepper Soup Mix (GF/V)

The Gluten Free and Vegan Soup collection contains the following 3 products

Minestrone Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Gluten-Free Pasta (38%) (Corn flour, Rice Flour, Water, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Dried Mixed Vegetables (38%) (dehydrated potato (preservative -sodium metabiSULPHITE), dried onion,  dried carrot,  dried green and white cabbage,  dried leek,  dried green peas), Tomato Powder (10%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Flavouring, Dried Onion,  Dried Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Pepper.

Method:
Add the packet contents to 750ml of cold water in a pan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring frequently. Add water to the original level, if required. Season to taste..

Coconut Curried Lentil Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Red Lentils (31%), Dried Brown Lentils (31%), Dried Green Lentils (22%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Curry Powder (6%) (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper, fennel),Dried Carrot, Dried Onion, Paprika, Cumin, Turmeric.

Method: 
Empty the packet into a pan, add 750ml of cold water and a 200ml can of coconut milk. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer / stir until lentils have softened (around 45 minutes). Top up water to original level if required. Season to taste.

Quinoa, Tomato and Red Pepper Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Quinoa (63%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)) Tomato Powder (10%), Dried Onion, Dried Red Peppers (6%), Dried Garlic & Herbs.

Method: 
Add mix to a pan with 750ml of cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins. Add more water to original level if required. Season to taste.
This tastes much more rounded after it has had time to infuse all the herbs and spices. I like to cook it, let it go cold overnight and reheat it up the following day(s).
