Orsina terms- Free UK standard delivery on orders of £49 and above; otherwise a flat £4.95.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Standard and small parcel items ship within 0–3 working days of processing; furniture and oversized two-person deliveries within 2–5 working days.
- Standard delivery only, sent via UPS, DHL, Royal Mail or Parcelforce, with tracking provided on dispatch.
- Surcharges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas, and some deliveries may need a signature.
Returns
Orsina terms- Changed your mind? Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing help@orsina.co.uk.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, free from damage or marks, and in a resellable condition.
- Pack items securely in their original boxes (or similar packaging if you no longer have them).
- Change-of-mind return fees: £5.99 for items up to £50, £9.99 up to £100, £14.99 over £100, and £30 for extra-large furniture or fragile items.
- You'll be sent a Post Office drop-off link or a courier collection will be arranged.
- Refunds (or a voucher for your next order) are processed within 14 working days of receipt, to your original payment method; the original delivery fee isn't refunded.
- Returns that don't meet these conditions may face further deductions or be refused.
