What they'll learn on this course
The course will last around half a day
You'll be learning both whole muscle charcuterie (e.g. bacon, prosciutto, coppa, bresaola) and salami making, the two key charcuterie techniques
Learn the techniques from our Master Butcher and Master Charcutier
Prepare a joint for whole muscle cure and cure it yourself - could be bacon, ham, lomo, coppa, bresaola or something else!
Produce your own signature salami
Take away your whole muscle cure to finish at home, or leave it with us to mature alongside your salami, which we'll ship to you when perfect.
Receive your own home curing kit ready to make your next project at your place.

Because we're a marketplace with many different vendors, the items in your basket may come from multiple warehouse locations, in more than one shipment.
We attempt to make this clear to you throughout the process via the following:
On each product page we show the vendor details, the estimated shipping and delivery dates and the shopping cost for a given product.
We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. ArtisanBox at a store level offers free delivery on any basket of products valued at over £100 (excl. shipping charges) using code FREEDEL at checkout.
Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
