What Is Dates Pitted Free flow?

These sweet and delicious pitted dates are healthy for anyone from kids to adults, and make a great addition to your lunchbox.

They are soft, sticky and tremendously sweet, sharing similarities with figs and prunes, but with a smoother, less fibrous texture and a richer flavour.

Why Should I Get Dates Pitted Free flow?

Dates are an exceedingly healthy treat, being rich in calcium, sulphur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium, not to mention the wealth of vitamins they possess too. Some health specialists have said that eating one date per day is necessary for a balanced and healthy diet and it's not hard to see why!

As dates are so packed with fibre, they're a great choice of fruit for regulating your digestion and can be used just like prunes for their gentle laxative effect. You can consume dates in tons of ways too, but dates in particular are especially good just as they are!

Dates are particularly popular in no-bake, raw desserts with a variety of preparations available to suit such purposes and are also great to make date syrups.

Instructions For Use: 

Snack on them alone straight from the bag. Add them to cakes, desserts, porridge, cereal bowls, smoothies or yoghurt. Blend pitted dates in a food processor until they form a paste, and use it as a sweetener.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.
