Cock-A-Leekie Soup Mix
A dried soup mix with barley and dried leeks flavoured with powdered chicken stock.
Ingredients: BARLEY (73%), Chicken Stock powder (14%) (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Mild Curry Powder (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper, fennel), Dried Leeks (9%), Dried Carrot, All-Spice, Black Pepper.

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.
4 Serving Method:
Empty the packet contents, including the stock sachet, into a pan and add 2000ml of cold water.
Stir. Bring to the boil and turn down to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes or until the barley is soft.
Add extra water if required.
Option to add cooked chicken
Season to taste.
