Turkey and Cranberry Risotto Mix (GF)
A gluten-free, dried risotto rice mix with dried cranberries & flavoured with turkey stock powder & dried herbs.

Ingredients:
Arborio Rice (79%), Dried Cranberries (11%) (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), Turkey Stock Powder (8%) (turkey stock (water, turkey), flavourings, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, rapeseed oil, chicken fat, herb extracts), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Pepper, Dried Leeks, Dried Rosemary, Dried Bay Leaf, Dried Parsley.

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.

4 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachet, to a pan with 1300ml of cold water.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice.
Stir regularly.
Season to taste.

2 Serving Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachet, to a pan with 650ml of cold water.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice.

Add the packet contents, including the stock sachets, to a large pan with 3900ml of cold water.
