A mix for slices containing marshmallows, sultanas, caramelised biscuit and plain chocolate

Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate Chips (42%) (sugar, palm oil (RSPO), fat reduced cocoa powder, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), stabiliser (sobitan tristerate), Caramelised Biscuits (37%) (contains gluten) (Fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), sugar, vegetable shortening (palm oil (SG), rapeseed oil), invert sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt, cinnamon. Sultanas (16%), Mini Marshmallows (5%) (glucose- fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine, anti-caking agent, maize starch, colours (turmeric, beetroot red), flavouring,)

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.

Method:
Melt 100g of butter or margarine with the chocolate chips in a microwave for about a minute (or in a bowl over a pan of water).
Add the pack contents and mix well.
Scoop mix into a dish or tray and push down well.
Put in the fridge to harden for couple of hours
