The Camper Cuisine (Green) box contains the following 3 products

Thai Coconut Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dairy Free Coconut Milk Powder (38%) (Coconut milk, maltodextrin from identity preserved non-GMO corn (8%) and 2% modified food starch from identity preserved non-GMO corn), Dried Rice, Chicken Flavoured Vegan Stock Mix, (vegetable stock (water, onion, carrot juice, tomato, herb extract), glucose syrup, flavourings, yeast extracts, salt, maltodextrin, sugar, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil.) Peanut-Free Satay flavour Mix (5%) (demerara sugar, dried glucose syrup, yeast extract, salt, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, chilli powder, flavouring, turmeric, ginger), Dried Red Peppers, Cornflour, Dried Mushrooms, Dried Onion, Dried Leeks, Ginger Powder, Soft Brown Sugar, Dried Garlic, Dried Basil, Smoked Paprika.
Method:
Add packet contents, including the stock sachet, to 650ml of cold water in a pan. Optional - add handful of frozen peas. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes, or until the rice is cooked. Top up water to original level during cooking if required. Stir regularly.

Spicy Vegetable Soup Mix (GF/V)

Ingredients:
Dried Mixed Vegetables (39%) (dehydrated potato (preservative (sodium metabiSULPHITE), dried onion,  dried carrot,  dried green and white cabbage,  dried leek,  dried green peas), Vegetable Bouillion (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Dried Carrots, Tomato Powder (14%), Dried Red Peppers, Soft Light Brown Sugar, Dried Leeks, Flavouring, Garlic Granules, Dried Onion, Salt, Chili Powder, Ground Black Pepper
Method:
Add the packet contents to a pan with 1500ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and then simmer for 20-30 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Stir regularly, Top up water if required.
Season to taste.

Tomato and Red Pepper Risotto Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Arborio Rice (78%), Tomato Powder (9%), Dried Red Peppers (6%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid), Dried Onion, Flavouring, Dried Parsley, Dried Garlic, Pepper.
Method:
Add the packet contents to a pan with 650ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and then simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice. Stir regularly.  Season to taste.
