A curated collection of 3 soup and risotto dry mixes each serving 2 portions.
The Camper Cuisine (Blue) contains the following 3 products
Chicken and Mushroom Risotto Mix (GF)
Ingredients:
Dried Arborio Rice (88%), Dried Chicken Stock (11%) (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Dried Mushrooms (5%), Dried Parsley, Dried Thyme, Dried Garlic, Pepper.
Method:
Add the packet contents, including the stock sachet, to a pan with 650ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice.
Stir regularly. Season to taste. Serve on it’s own, add some meat or seafood, salad and/or crusty bread.
Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Vermicelli (75%) (durum WHEAT semolina, water), Chicken Stock (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Dried Carrot, Chinese Five Spice (3%), Soft Brown Sugar, Dried Onion, Dried Red Pepper, Dried Leek, Ginger, Garlic Granules
Method:
Place the packet contents, including the stock sachet, in a pan with 750ml cold water. Bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally for approx. 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Top up the water to original level before serving. Season to taste.
Minestrone Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Gluten-Free Pasta (38%) (Corn flour, Rice Flour, Water, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Dried Mixed Vegetables (38%) (dehydrated potato (preservative -sodium metabiSULPHITE), dried onion, dried carrot, dried green and white cabbage, dried leek, dried green peas), Tomato Powder (10%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Flavouring, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Pepper.
Method:
Add the packet contents to 750ml of cold water in a pan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring frequently. Add water to the original level, if required. Season to taste..
