The toughening technology (rapid surface cooling), acting on the glass molecular structure, makes the Bormioli Rocco products particularly:
• resistant to mechanical shocks (impact),
up to 2.5 times more than non-toughened glass;
• resistant to thermal shock
(resistant to thermal shocks ΔT from 100° C / 212°F to 160°C / 320°F depending on the item). The toughening technology makes Bormioli Rocco products highly-safe for intensive use.

Returns
Glassware UK terms- Return window: 30 days from receipt to request a return. You pay return shipping (labels are bought via the Glassware UK returns portal).
- Condition: Unused, with tags, in original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Returns sent without first requesting one are refused.
- Damaged or wrong items: Inspect on arrival and contact them straight away so they can put it right.
- Non-returnable: Perishables, custom or personalised items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards.
- Exchanges: None directly. Return the item, then place a new order.
- Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take extra time to post it.
