The Scottish box contains the following 3 products

Scotch Broth Soup Mix
Ingredients:
Dried Mixed Vegetables (dehydrated potato (sodium MetabiSULPHITE E223), onion, carrot, green and white cabbage, leek, green peas), Dried Leek Flakes (3%), Dried Red Lentils (16%), Split Green and Yellow Peas (32%), Lamb Stock (11%) (water, lamb, garlic, onion, tomato, herb extract), glucose syrup, salt, yeast extracts, flavourings, sugar, rapeseed oil.), BARLEY (16%)
Method:
Empty the packet, including the stock sachet, into a pan, add 1000ml of cold water. Bring it up to the boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook for around 45 minutes until the peas and barley are soft. Add extra water if required. Can be made in a slow cooker too.

Cock-a-Leekie Soup Mix
Ingredients:
BARLEY (73%), Chicken Stock powder (14%) (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Mild Curry Powder (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper, fennel), Dried Leeks (9%), Dried Carrot, All-Spice, Black Pepper.
Method:
Empty the packet contents, including the stock sachet, into a pan and add 1000ml of cold water. Stir. Bring to the boil and turn down to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes or until the barley is soft. Add extra water if required. Option to add cooked chicken. Season to taste.

Leek and Potato Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dried Diced Potato (67%), Leek Flakes (17%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Garlic, Onion, Parsley, Pepper
Method:
Empty the packet contents into a pan, add 750ml of cold water. Bring it to the boil, turn it down to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until the potato has softened. Add extra water if required. Blend the soup until smooth. Season to taste.
